Pilar balanced long hours at the hospital while pouring everything into building her own practice from the ground up. “There were moments I wondered if I’d made a mistake,” she admits. But her commitment to honest, subtle results and genuine client care helped Hello Smooth grow. Right in the middle of the pandemic she decided to take the leap and open the space we now love. Today, the clinic offers six treatment rooms and a team of trusted providers known for their natural touch and warm approach.
From advanced laser treatments to Botox, fillers, facials, and skin rejuvenation, Hello Smooth’s mission is to help you feel radiant and confident, without ever looking frozen or puffy. Pilar says, “I really pride myself on natural-looking results. I never want to freeze your face… I’m trying to break that stigma and focus on the natural route.” Pilar and her team believe in education and safety first. Every treatment plan starts with listening to your goals, walking you through your options, and making sure you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.
As part of their deep roots in the St. John’s community, Hello Smooth proudly gives back. They host a couple signature events throughout the year to fundraise for Make-A-Wish.
