Unlockt is a St. Johns-based program created by three passionate co-founders. They work with families of children with ADHD to help kids thrive at home, in school, and in life. Their mission is simple but powerful, to empower kids with the tools they need to regulate emotions, stay focused, and succeed. While also equipping parents with science-backed strategies and personalized coaching.
Unlockt was born from professional expertise, personal experience, and a shared drive to fill the gap families so often face after a diagnosis. “Over the years, as an educator, I saw countless families walk away from an ADHD or behavioral diagnosis with little more than a piece of paper and a list of recommendations, and no real roadmap to follow. We knew families needed more. Not just a label, but support. Not just strategies, but coaching. Not just information, but transformation” says Eva Luther, Youth Program Director. That vision became the foundation for Unlockt.
What makes Unlockt unique is its compassionate, strengths-based approach. The team doesn’t see ADHD as something “wrong” to fix. Instead, they embrace it as a different way of thinking and experiencing the world. “There are a lot of programs out there that focus on what kids with ADHD can’t do. We focus on what they can,” they explain. That philosophy comes to life through Unlockt’s services. They offer parent coaching sessions that provide practical strategies for screen time, homework battles, or emotional outbursts. They also have what's called the Brain Arcade, it’s a fun training space where kids practice focus, memory, and regulation through guided activities and tech games.
Unlockt’s growth reflects their commitment to meeting families where they are. This fall, they are launching a new Teen Coaching Program and expanding with an additional Brain Arcade location. They’re also planning local workshops for parents and teachers, continuing their mission to serve the St. Johns community with both expertise and heart.
Rooted deeply in St. Johns, Unlockt is more than a service, it’s a support system. “Being able to walk alongside families, sometimes from the first moment of diagnosis through huge milestones is a privilege,” the co-founders share. “We’re not just a service, we’re a support system for families in our community.” That connection is why Unlockt participates in local school events, partners with educators, and invests in community-based workshops. And thanks to their partnership with The Bar Societè, members can enjoy perks like a free day pass on mastermind days and 10% off all Link annual memberships, making it even easier for families to connect with Unlockt’s mission and the wider St. Johns community.
Their work is also personal. Eva reflects on her own journey with ADHD at home “People are often surprised to learn that I didn’t recognize my own daughter had ADHD. I always thought ADHD meant being hyperactive, but she wasn’t. Even with years of professional experience, I didn’t have all the tools to help my own child at one point. That experience changed everything for me. It taught me to approach every family with more compassion, humility, and without judgment.”
Unlockt’s commitment to compassion, empowerment, and science aligns beautifully with The Bar Societè’s mission to support women and families in St. Johns. Together, they create a stronger, more connected community where parents feel equipped and kids feel understood.
For families navigating the challenges of ADHD, Unlockt offers not just tools but transformation, helping parents and kids move forward with confidence and care.
