Tucked into the heart of Nocatee’s Town Center, the link isn’t your typical coworking space. It’s part think tank, part neighborhood hub, part playground for big ideas. It’s a place where entrepreneurs, parents, students, and creatives cross paths daily, often sparking something amazing in the process.
Co-founders Gurpreet and Raghu Misra dreamed it up after moving to St. Johns County in 2014. As an urban planner Gurpreet knew firsthand how isolating entrepreneurship could be. Raghu as a tech serial entrepreneur, who was equally passionate about connection and community, wanted to build something that blended innovation with family life. Together, they envisioned a place that combined professions, industries, and generations. Then they brought it to life.
Step inside, and you’re immediately immersed in a vibrant world of work and community. The first floor buzzes with activity: kids laughing at award-winning summer camps, friends catching up over coffee after a workshop, and curious minds exploring everything from self-directed learning to nontraditional approaches to ADHD. Upstairs you will find coworking desks, private offices, and glass-walled conference rooms that provide the perfect balance of focus and inspiration.
But the link is more than just a space. It’s a mindset, where innovation thrives when diverse people share ideas, challenge one another, and build together. The building itself is a representation of that philosophy. It is the first LEED-certified structure in the region, packed with smart technology and flooded with natural light.
The community here is vibrant and ever-evolving. Programs like JaxFuse (a three-day celebration of the creative economy), BarkFest (for the pet lovers), and EnterCircle (a five-day conference on leadership and innovation) bring people together in ways that feel provoking and exciting. And through the Sapna Foundation, the link donates space and support for educational and workforce development programs across the county.
For co-founders Gurpreet and Raghu, one of the most rewarding parts of the journey has been watching their vision come to life. As Gurpreet says, “Our journey has been unique because the support we’ve received hasn’t come from just one profession, one industry, or one age group, it has come from the community as a whole.” Today, the link provides space for families to work side by side with founders, teens to learn from seasoned professionals, and for strangers to turn into collaborators over shared projects and spontaneous conversations.
Bar Societe members are eligible to enjoy a free day pass on mastermind days, plus 10% off all annual memberships at the link. It’s just one more way this community hub supports those who make St. Johns vibrant.
If you haven’t stepped inside yet, consider this your invitation. Whether you need a place to work, a community to grow with, or just a fresh spark of inspiration, you’ll find it here. Maybe even leave with more than you came for.
